Plans to redevelop the famous Townhouse Studios W12, built by Sir Richard Branson, into a residential-led scheme have been approved.
Great Western Studios has got the go-ahead to convert the 31,000 sq ft studios at 140-142 and 150 Goldhawk Road into a 38,000 sq ft development comprising 11 townhouses.
The £23m Flanagan Lawrence-designed scheme will have 5,490 sq ft ?of recording space. Construction is scheduled to begin early next year, with completion in 2015. DP9 advised on planning.
