A pan-European property fund managed by Rockspring has secured €29m in financing for the acquisition of a retail park in the Spanish city of Toledo.
German bank pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG will provide the funding to buy the 54,000 m2 La Abadía asset, which was inaugurated in November last year. The mall’s tenant include Spanish supermarket chain Alcampo, French bricolage firm Leroy Merlin, sportswear seller Decathlon and German electronics retailer Media Markt.
Deutsche Pfandbriefbank was advised by International law firm Salans.
