
Co-working operator Runway East is seeking up to 40,000 sq ft of office space in Manchester as it looks to open its second regional office.
The flexible office provider has instructed OBI to find space between 20,000-40,000 sq ft in the city.
Runway East has six offices – five in London and one in Bristol, which opened in October. A seventh office near Aldgate, EC3, is scheduled to open next month.
Earlier this year, the company appointed Philip Grace, founder of serviced office provider Landmark, and Brett Putter, founder of consultancy CultureGene, as board members.
