US technology firm Slack has agreed terms to lease around 125,000 sq ft at Dublin’s Fitzwilliam Street. The messaging app company has signed up for the majority of the 134,656 sq ft office development, Fitzwilliam 28, which is owned by Ireland’s Electricity Supply Board. ESB also occupies the similarly sized office block next door, Fitzwilliam 27.
