Nick Pearce is returning to Savills’ leasing team after more than three years at Blackstone.
Pearce, who was part of Savills’ West End office agency team between 2011 and 2015, is to rejoin the firm as a director in the central London office agency team.
During his time at Blackstone as an asset manager Pearce oversaw the leasing of several properties including Chiswick Park, W4; Cannon Bridge House, EC4; Devonshire Square, EC2; Sanctuary Buildings, SW1; and 25 North Colonnade, E14.
