SEGRO shares start trading in Paris

SEGRO shares begin trading on Euronext Paris this morning, in a secondary listing designed to support European expansion after Brexit.

The FTSE 100 warehouse and industrial property REIT will trade under the Euronext ticker SGRO when shares hit the French stock exchange.

The listing is part of the company’s expansion of its continental European investor base and operations. It manages a €6.2bn (£5.5bn) portfolio on the continent.

SEGRO said last week that the move would allow it to maintain an efficient holding structure when the Brexit transition period ends after 31 December.
