Agency SHW has appointed three new regional heads.
Following the announcement last month that current head of London, south London, SE M25 and SW M25 offices Alex Gale will take over as senior partner next month, three new regional heads have been appointed.
Gemma Quinn, partner and head of the professional services team, will become head of London. Since joining SHW in 2017, Quinn has grown the firm’s professional services team, doubling its headcount and expanding its services in ratings and valuations, increasing revenue and profit year on year.
Partner Kevin Middle manages the south London property management team and will become head of south London.
For the Crawley/Gatwick region, Peter Coldbreath will continue in the role of regional head for the next five years. Coldbreath specialises in the sale, acquisition and valuational of residential development and investment opportunities, including greenfield and brownfield sites and redevelopment, advice to housebuilders, farmers, funds and local government.
Duncan Marsh will become regional head for the south coast. Marsh is a partner in the agency team and focuses on all aspects of commercial agency, including retail, industrial and office agency.
Russell Markham, managing partner at SHW, said: “It’s a really exciting opportunity for the firm to promote our partners who carry great enthusiasm in fulfilling the regional head roles. The next five years in the regional head role will include a greater emphasis on maintaining office environments, promoting team working and rewarding cross selling across the company.”
The new divisional leads will take up their positions from 1 April when Gale assumes the senior partner role from Adam Godfrey.
