The UKs first Dutch-style café opens today in Stockport, Greater Manchester.
The Dutch Experience will defy laws banning the supply of cannabis, claiming the drug is vital for people who use it therapeutically.
It will operate from a former restaurant selling three types of grass and resin, coffee and alcohol, with ready-made joints for beginners.
