The Storey behind British Land’s new office concept

British Land launched its new office concept Storey in response to demand from occupiers for more flexible space and leases.

It has already opened the new style of space at three of its office campuses in London and is attracting a wide range of occupiers.

We took the EG cameras around Appold Studios at its Broadgate campus and spoke to new tenant WiredScore about why it chose Storey.

Tom Redmayne, director of business development UK & Ireland at WiredScore, said: “We grew from two people two years ago from co-working through to 14/15 today, so we are a fast-growing start up who really wanted to go and get our own office.”
