Tide submits plans for London’s largest co-living scheme

Tide Construction has submitted plans for the largest co-living scheme in London, at its site on College Road in Croydon. Plans comprise 836 bedrooms and 120 apartments in two towers of 34 and 49 storeys using modular construction techniques. It includes more than 22,500 sq ft of communal amenity space to include kitchens, co-working space, gyms and lounges. The scheme would be the world’s largest modular scheme, beating Tide’s previous record of 44 storeys at its neighbouring site where it is delivering 546 BTR flats for Greystar.
