Tishman Speyer’s flagship office development Verde, SW1, is fully occupied after signing two new tenants
Independent car buying website Carwow has taken 14,751 sq ft on the second floor, while an unnamed tenant has taken 13,566 sq ft on the fifth floor.
The 317,083 sq ft building’s tenants already include Pret A Manger, global technology integrator Dimension Data, and interdealer broker TP ICAP.
