Property fund manager Tritax has hired a former intu director to lead its sustainability efforts.
Tritax, which is fund manager for listed investors Tritax Big Box REIT and Tritax Eurobox, has named Helen Drury its sustainability lead. She will head and develop the group’s sustainability strategy and performance.
Drury has spent close to a decade in roles focused on sustainability, the environment and corporate responsibility, most recently as senior manager for sustainability at Virgin Money, where she worked across the CYBG/Virgin Money Group and the Yorkshire and Clydesdale Bank Foundation.
Before joining Virgin Money in mid-2018, Drusy spent three years as corporate responsibility manager at intu, where she headed sustainability strategy, employee engagement and stakeholder relationship management.
Her other roles have included disability champion for retail at the Department for Work and Pensions.
