Tuckerman wins aik property management contract

German investment company aik has awarded a property management contract to advisory firm Tuckerman.AIK-logo-THUMB

Aik, which manages real estate funds for German pension schemes, has appointed Tuckerman to manage seven properties of a combined 250,000 sq ft with an annual rent roll of £6.3m.

This takes Tuckerman’s portfolio of properties under management to 400 tenancies across 90 properties in London and the South East.

David Hawkins, head of Tuckerman’s property management team said: “This instruction is a real coup for what is already a rapidly growing part of our business. We have an experienced team of specialists who can boast an impressive track record in adopting proactive management to maximise the asset value. We’re confident that we have the platform to further expand our capabilities in this sector.”
