The Crown Estate and Stanhope have let the first floor of their AirW1 scheme off Regent Street to Twitter.
Quoting rents on the 27,813 sq ft are in excess of £70 per sq ft.
A spokesman for the Crown Estate confirmed the deal.
The deal comes after Twitter decided against moving into the 18,000 sq ft it had let at British Land’s 10 Brock Street, NW1 , immediately following Facebook’s 90,000 sq ft letting in the same building.
It instructed Jones Lang LaSalle to sublet the space in November.
The 181,888 sq ft Air W1 is let to tenants including Top Right Group, Telefonica and Halfords Media.
Only the sixth floor in the seven-storey one building remains vacant.
CBRE and JLL are letting agents on the building; JLL advised Twitter.
