U-Student Group has appointed Cushman & Wakefield to market its 222-bed purpose-built student accommodation scheme in Aberdeen, for offers over £13.6m.
The owner-operator is marketing ABeleven, which comprises 214 ensuite rooms and eight studio flats and is fully let for the 2023/24 academic year
The offers-over price reflects a net initial yield of 6.25%, and ABeleven has a projected reversionary yield of 6.85% in 2024/25.
The scheme, situated on Willowbank Road, has a total contracted rent of £1,361,162 and is located close to both the University of Aberdeen and Robert Gordon University.
U-Student Group will not operate the asset upon sale.
