U+I has released plans to deliver 1,500 riverside homes at Morden Wharf, SE10, on the Greenwich Peninsula. The regeneration specialist has also proposed more than six acres of parks and public realm, including the riverfront Morden Park. Dutch architect OMA has worked up plans for 11 tenure-blind residential buildings, with private sale and 35% affordable homes, as shared ownership and London Affordable Rent, and a focus on family homes.
