UniCredit and Bank Leumi seek new London headquarters

Italian bank UniCredit has appointed agents to search for a new 60,000-80,000 sq ft London headquarters. Cushman & Wakefield is advising the bank, which is currently based at Moor House, 120 London Wall, EC2, where it occupies circa 120,000 sq ft on a lease expiring in 2025 with a break in June 2020. The financial sector has acquired 2.5m sq ft of office space in London since the EU referendum, according to Knight Frank. New lease-driven requirements also include Bank Leumi, the Israeli bank, which has instructed Knight Frank to find it a new 25,000 sq ft London office.
