Unite has completed the sale of two student accommodation schemes in Coventry to Mapletree Investments for £96m. Proceeds from the sale of the 736-bed Callice Court and 391-bed Millennium View schemes will be reinvested into Unite's development pipeline. Richard Smith, chief executive of Unite Students, said: “This transaction takes Unite’s share of disposals in the year to date to £250m and supports our ongoing strategy of recycling assets to enhance our portfolio quality and maintain financial discipline. “We intend to dispose of approximately £150m-£200m of assets per annum over the next three years.” To send feedback, e-mail
