Planning permission has been granted for Quintain’s Alto Apartments at Wembley Park.
The scheme, designed by Flanagan Lawrence, comprises 362 apartments.
Work is scheduled to start on site next year.
Maxwell James, Quintain chief executive, said: “Alto’s distinctive design will complement our adjacent Emerald Gardens development of 475 homes, which will open next year.”
