2022 Annual Agency Leaderboards

JLL has taken top spot in the 2022 EG Radius Leaderboards, transacting over 2.4m sq ft more than closest rival Knight Frank. Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE and Savills completed the top five.

In the sector leaderboards, JLL was the top office agent, Knight Frank took the industrial honours, and Savills led the retail leaderboard. Christie & Co topped the hotels & leisure table.

But while the big agents may lead nationally, the tables below reveal a strong year for many niche sector specialists and regional agents, which feature prominently in the rankings at a county and regional level.

Using data supplied directly by the Radius community of agents, the leaderboards show which firms transacted the most space over the course of the year with a new level of accuracy and detail. The figures, which are broken down by sector, region and county, show not only who disposed of the most space but precisely how much. They also show the top acquiring agents, best individual dealmakers and highest grossing agents for investments.
