The EG Radius Leaderboards reveal the latest deals and which contributors are acting on them every week, but which agents shifted the most space and landed the most deals in the final quarter of 2023?
Deal activity rocketed in the City of London in the final quarter of 2023, led by Cushman & Wakefield with 825,613 sq ft transacted.
The EG Radius Leaderboards for Q4 also reveal regional successes – FHP topped the Nottinghamshire table again, but with 66% more deals than in Q3. In Surrey, Curchod doubled its deal tally to hold the top spot. And Cambridgeshire leader Eddisons delivered a 53% uplift.
Based on transactional data shared by members of the EG Radius community, the tables cover all occupier sales and lettings but exclude lease renewals and deals under NDAs at the time of publishing. Investment sales are reported separately in the table below.
